■ If you link to a gallery of your character’s artwork, I cannot promise your design will be done with 100% accuracy. Design interpretations may be inconsistent between images and lessen my ability to accurately draw your character even if it is a chibi.
■ I will NOT draw anything offensive
■ If there are mistakes that need to be fixed, please give a full and clear order so I could draw it correctly during the process of work. (You can request to fix 3 times without fees, after that, any change will be added extra fees )Payment:
■ Payments will only be accepted through PayPal in USD.
■ Once I accept your commission, I will tell you the time to start your commission as well as sending you WIP whenever I start to work.
■ Do not send money until I say so, and no refund upon receiving the work.
■ Payment expected within 24hrs after the final artwork is shown or a quote is given. Do tell if you’re busy and cannot be paid on time within the same day. I’ll wait for at least 3 days.
■ Once you’ve done your payment you’ll receive your commission art through email or Discord (any platform you prefer.)
■ It is the commissioner's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent. Sometimes a payment will not go through and I won't know about it.Deadlines:
■ The time for your commission to be completed can be up from 3 weeks to 2 months.
■ Depending on many factors such as; health, order of commission, complexity, sudden amount of work or family issues. If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.
■ I will provide an estimated time for completion, and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission as soon as I could.
■ You may request a WIP at any time.Usage Policy:
■ My artwork is for personal use only. No commercial use of my artwork is allowed. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.
■ The commissioner/client can re-upload the image with credits given to myself.
■ I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it once it is done but if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know!
■ MY WORK CANNOT BE USED FOR AI GENERATORS OR NFTs.Prohibited Actions■ Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission beforehand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.
